Below are three ways to check out the work we’ve done for homeowners just like you. Keep reading to learn more about where to find our work and the steps I’ll take to help you get the best roof for your home.
One of the first places you can find examples of our work is in the informational packets you’ll receive during our initial meeting. You’ll get both a manufacturers’ packet and proposal folder that comes with all the information you’ll need to hire the right contractor for your project.
The proposal folder includes our roofing credentials through the two shingle manufacturers we work with: GAF and CertainTeed. It also comes with our general contractor’s license and a copy of our insurance.
In the manufacturers' packet, you’ll find everything you need to know about GAF and CertainTeed. This includes their shingle samples, colors, and information about their certified roofing systems so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting with your replacement.
We break both manufacturers down by color to give you a better idea of what their shingles look like on a roof. For example, if you’re interested in using CertainTeed Landmark shingles, you can use our manufacturers' packet to find the shingle color you’re interested in alongside several addresses for roofs installed by us with shingles in that color.
If you live in the Triangle area, feel free to drive by those addresses to see our work and get a better idea of what your preferred shingles look like in person.
Want to see what our work looks like on a roof that’s a little closer to home? If we’ve worked on any roofs in your neighborhood, we’ll gladly provide you with several addresses near you that you can stop by and check out.
This will also give you an opportunity to hear from your neighbors about their experience with On Tops. You can use websites like Home Advisor, Angi, and Yelp to read our reviews, but there’s nothing like talking to a close neighbor, friend, or family member to get a personalized recommendation for your roofing project.
If you’re a visual learner, it can be hard to see shingles on another person’s home and picture them on your own roof. That’s why we offer a specialized service to give you the most accurate representation of your potential new roof.
If you decide that you want to move forward with On Tops Roofing, we will personally come to your house and put different shingle samples on your roof. While this service isn’t offered by most contractors, we think it’s the best way to visualize your new roof. When you work with On Tops, our ultimate goal is for you to love your new roof, and that starts with helping you choose the right shingles for your home.
